How to delete your account
- In the app: Profile → Settings → Privacy Settings → Delete my account, and confirm with the code sent to your mobile.
- On the website: Settings → Account & Privacy → Delete account.
- Here, without the app: enter your registered mobile number, then the 6-digit code we text you.
What is deleted — immediately and permanently
- Your account, mobile number and profile details
- All photos (and their blurred copies), partner preferences and horoscope
- Interests, shortlists, messages, notifications and profile views
- Subscription records and any data export files
- Face verification results and any stored verification images
What may be kept
- Success stories you chose to publish are detached from your account; ask us if you want them removed too.
- Copies in encrypted backups are overwritten within 30 days.
