1. Eligibility

Rejoice Matrimony is intended solely for individuals seeking a lawful marital relationship. Users must be at least 18 years of age (21 for grooms where applicable by law) and legally competent to enter into marriage under the laws applicable to them. Profiles may be created on behalf of a relative or friend with their consent.

2. Account & Profile Accuracy

You agree to provide truthful, accurate and current information. Misrepresentation of identity, age, marital status, education or employment is grounds for immediate suspension. One person may maintain only one active profile.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform for casual dating, commercial solicitation, harassment, or any unlawful purpose. Abusive language, soliciting money from members, and sharing of obscene content are strictly prohibited and may be reported to authorities.

4. Photos & Content

All photos are moderated before becoming visible. By uploading content you grant Rejoice Matrimony a limited licence to display it to other registered members in accordance with your privacy settings.

5. Paid Memberships

Premium plans unlock features such as contact-number viewing and unlimited messaging for the plan duration. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Contact-view quotas reset with each new plan purchase.

6. Privacy & Safety

We never display your contact details without your consent. Exercise caution when interacting with members: verify independently before meetings, and never send money to anyone you meet on the platform.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings; deletion is permanent and removes your profile, photos, messages and matches.

8. Limitation of Liability

Rejoice Matrimony is a platform that facilitates introductions; we do not guarantee marriage or vet members beyond stated verification processes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ernakulam, Kerala.
